Upper Body Update

So last Tuesday I promised that I would give an update the following Tuesday on how my upper body “workouts” were going. So here it is.

Thursday
Pushups: 3 sets of 3 , Plank: 10 seconds

Sunday
Pushups: 3 sets of 3, Plank: 10 seconds

Tuesday
Pushups: 2 set of 3, Plank: 2 sets of 10 seconds

Total
Pushups: 24, Plank: 40 seconds

It is not much, but it is a start.
